The first step is to meet with a Legacy Pool and Spa project manager to review the land and discuss your vision and needs.
We will review your utilities, access, grade, equipment location, pool features (depth, shape, benches, steps, etc), sun orientation, wind, patio, hardscape, landscape, structures and work through any questions and general cost guidelines as well. At this point, you have an option to engage us for design. We will coordinate with our landscape architect to create a drawing of the pool, patio and surroundings. This design includes a plan view and 3D model where you can look and interact with your design. Once plans and budget are agreed upon, the Legacy Pool and Spa team will work to get your building permits approved.
